Data Deletion

Request deletion of your AlphaSutra account and all associated data.

For Traders

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, phone number)
• Stored Kite API credentials
• All trading history and P&L records
• Signal history and model accuracy data linked to your account
• WhatsApp message logs
• Session and authentication data

For CAs

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, phone number)
• All client records you added (names, phone numbers, PAN numbers, email addresses)
• All documents uploaded by your clients, including files stored in S3
• All extracted data (income, trades, TDS) from those documents
• All tax filings and computations generated under your account
• All upload tokens and document request records
• WhatsApp message logs
• Session and authentication data

For CA Clients

If you are a client whose CA used AlphaSutra to process your documents, you can request deletion of your data by:

• Asking your CA to remove your records from the platform.
• Contacting us directly at contact@innorag.com with your name and phone number. We will identify and remove all records associated with your identity.

What We Retain

Aggregated, anonymized data (e.g., overall model accuracy statistics, platform usage metrics) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement.

How to Request Deletion

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your data has been deleted. Uploaded documents in Amazon S3 are deleted immediately upon processing. Database backup copies are automatically purged within 90 days of the deletion request.
